Our Chief Mortgage & Protection Broker Jason Cook, CeMAP leads our team of mortgage professionals. He began his career with NatWest in 1986, eventually managing the bank's mortgage training programme for more than 100 mortgage-qualified staff in their Greater London area (inside the M25).
Over several decades, Jason has helped thousands of clients secure the right mortgages and protection products.

Our Unique Advantage
Our company directors include RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified surveyors, uniquely positioning FG & Cook Financial Services to assist with complex property scenarios that can arise during the mortgage process.
Our surveyor expertise allows us to:

- Support clients when retentions are imposed due to property condition or valuation issues.
